In the upper link, we find a sample of what the educational department of California has come up to as a resolution for bullying and how it should be handled by staff members. I have come across many cases of bullying against my oldest son and sadly none of those measurements have been followed. Not even once. I also read on a section that stated that students should be protected while on their way to school and returning home from school. I had a principal said to me once that I shouldn't worry since the attacker lived far from me. They can still drive, right? They can meet the victim right outside of school, right? It is a great article for parents and even students to read. It opens our mind on what to expect the school system to do if we encounter a situation like this. If they are not doing it, pointing it out will not be a bad idea. Specially if the educational system wrote it!

In this article I found how many people see bullying as not intentional. On a conference in the White House, Secretary Duncan stated how people think that bullying is just part of growing up. If general people see this, why should the system care? right? It also reads that schools do need help in their system to develop robust remedies to change the cultures of their campuses.
